This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between All Inclusive Tutoring LLC ("Provider") and the undersigned Parent/Guardian or Adult Student ("Client"), effective as of the date of electronic signature below.
Provider agrees to deliver virtual and/or private tutoring services in the subject areas requested, including but not limited to academic tutoring, test preparation, homeschool consulting, STEM enrichment, and executive function coaching.

Rates are subject to change with at least 30 days' written notice to active clients. ESA (Education Savings Account) families may be eligible to apply program funds toward session fees where Provider is an approved vendor.
Provider will make reasonable efforts to offer make-up sessions at its discretion but is under no obligation to do so for late cancellations.
In the rare event Provider must cancel a session, Client will be notified as soon as possible and offered a make-up session or credit toward a future session — no charge will apply.
Sessions are expected to take place in a quiet, distraction-free environment conducive to learning. Provider reserves the right to end or decline sessions involving disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct by the student or any household member, without refund for the session in progress.
Provider will maintain confidentiality regarding student academic records, performance, and personal information, and will not share such information with third parties without Client consent, except as required by law.
Provider operates as an independent business (All Inclusive Tutoring LLC) and is not an employee of any school, district, or organization affiliated with the Client's ESA or scholarship program.
While Provider is committed to delivering high-quality instruction, Provider makes no guarantee of specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or test score results. Provider's liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with written notice (email is acceptable). Outstanding session fees, including any applicable late-cancellation charges, remain due upon termination.
By signing below, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the Cancellation Policy outlined in Section 4.
