1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tutoring, coaching, and educational services (collectively, "Services") provided by All Inclusive Tutoring Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a session, signing up for services, or submitting payment, you ("client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

All Inclusive Tutoring Solutions LLC provides fully virtual, one-on-one and small-group academic tutoring, test preparation, executive function coaching, and specialized learning support for K-12 and college students. Sessions are delivered via live video call and are not pre-recorded.

3. Scheduling & Session Format

• Sessions are available in 30-minute, 1-hour, 90-minute, and 2-hour formats, individually or through prepaid packages.
• Small-group sessions accommodate up to 4 students at the same per-session rate; larger groups may be arranged upon request.
• Extended session lengths beyond 2 hours may be arranged for test prep, exam prep, and major academic commitments such as capstones, finals, and midterms.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of booking unless paid directly through an approved Education Savings Account (ESA) or scholarship platform (e.g., ClassWallet, Odyssey).
• Prepaid session and hour packages are non-transferable to other clients but do not expire.
• An invoice and/or payment receipt will be emailed to the address provided at signup.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

6. ESA & Scholarship Funding

All Inclusive Tutoring Solutions LLC is an approved vendor in multiple states' Education Savings Account and scholarship programs. Funding amounts, eligible expenses, and payment platforms vary by state and are subject to change by the administering state agency. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their program's current rules; we are not liable for denied or delayed reimbursements resulting from state program changes outside our control.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure your student has a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera for live video sessions.
• Provide accurate contact and billing information at signup.
• Communicate any relevant learning accommodations, IEPs, or 504 plans that may affect instruction.

8. Background Checks & Safety

Laura Amato-Yarbrough maintains an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, an Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) background check, and an Adult Protective Services (APS) background check. Documentation is available upon request.

9. Confidentiality

Student information, academic records, and session content shared with us are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

All Inclusive Tutoring Solutions LLC provides educational support services and makes no guarantee of specific academic outcomes, test scores, or grade improvements. Our liability for any claim arising from these Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session(s) in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Nondiscrimination

All Inclusive Tutoring Solutions LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law in the delivery of its programs, services, or activities.
